Pat works from the middle of the platform with no lectern and a wireless lavaliere microphone. Therefore, these are the appropriate A/V requirements:
Proper preparation of these items allows Pat to focus on delivering a successful program that will contribute to the success of your program.
- A raised platform from which to speak
- A wireless lavaliere microphone
- A small table in the middle of the platform
- Electricity for this table (item #3); This is not for a PowerPoint program, no screen is needed.
- NO LECTERN. If a lectern is needed for the speaker before or after, the lectern can be placed off center on the platform for other speakers.
- Access to the meeting room 90 minutes before the speech for a triple check
